II. Citation Verification Required. All citations, regulatory references, and compliance evaluations generated by CARL must be independently verified against current editions of the applicable standards before use in official documentation.

III. Inspector Responsibility. The inspector of record retains full responsibility for all findings, non-conformance determinations, and corrective action directives. CARL output does not constitute an official inspection result.

IV. Data Handling. Observations, photos, and evaluation results are transmitted to cloud-based processing services. Do not submit classified, controlled unclassified information, or personally identifiable information through this tool.

V. No Warranty. CARL is provided as-is with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Citation accuracy depends on the quality and currency of the reference library.
